- Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
- Any complaint (wrong product, defect, damage) must be lodged within 24 hours.
- Complaints must be submitted via the official Complaint Form only.
- Return and exchange are offered for valid complaints only.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The original packaging must be intact for eligibility.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is mandatory for all claims.
- CarzGear will inspect returned products before approving exchanges.
- If a replacement product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless due to CarzGear's error.
- Sale items and special promotions may not be eligible for exchange.
- Return or exchange requests outside the 24-hour window will not be entertained.
- CarzGear is not responsible for damage caused during customer's own installation or use.
- Final decision regarding exchange approval rests with CarzGear management.
