At CarzGear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return Policy carefully:

  • Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
  • Any complaint (wrong product, defect, damage) must be lodged within 24 hours.
  • Complaints must be submitted via the official Complaint Form only.
  • Return and exchange are offered for valid complaints only.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact for eligibility.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is mandatory for all claims.
  • CarzGear will inspect returned products before approving exchanges.
  • If a replacement product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless due to CarzGear's error.
  • Sale items and special promotions may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Return or exchange requests outside the 24-hour window will not be entertained.
  • CarzGear is not responsible for damage caused during customer's own installation or use.
  • Final decision regarding exchange approval rests with CarzGear management.
